1. Program Overview
The Membership Program offers three tiers—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—designed to reward customers based on their annual spending and purchase activity. Membership benefits, requirements, and rewards may vary by tier and may be updated at any time by the company.
2. Eligibility
To participate, customers must create and maintain an active account with accurate and up-to-date information. Membership is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. The company reserves the right to verify identity and account details if necessary.
3. Tier Qualification
Members are assigned to a tier based on total purchases and accumulated spending within a 12-month period.
Bronze: 3 purchases or $190–$349 per year
Silver: 6 purchases or $350–$599 per year
Gold: 12 purchases or $600+ per year
Qualification is automatic once the required thresholds are met.
4. Tier Duration & Renewal
Each tier is valid for 12 months from the date of qualification. Members must meet the annual requirements to maintain or renew their tier. If yearly requirements are not met, members may be downgraded to a lower tier or removed from the program.
5. Member Benefits

6. Account Activity Requirements

9. Misuse & Program Violations
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of program terms, including but not limited to false information, abusive returns, or policy manipulation.
10. Program Changes & Termination
The company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes may include adjustments to tiers, requirements, benefits, or eligibility criteria.
11. Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for losses resulting from system errors, technical issues, delays, or any interruption of service. All benefits are provided “as available” and without guarantee.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Membership Program, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
