Return Policy
If a return is approved, you will receive a partial or full credit for the full value of the order. The credited amount can be used to place another order.
You can proceed with a return by following these steps:
I. Go to your MarcRoom account at marcroom.com
II. Identify the corresponding order in "Your Orders" and click the "Return/Refund" button.
III. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. You may be required to provide more information related to the order.
IV. After providing the required information, click the “Next Step” button to continue.
V. You will have the option to choose your return and refund methods. After submitting the application,
SAW. Ship your package from the nearest USPS/UPS location, to the mailing address we will provide.
VII. You can check the refund status of your item(s) on your order details page.
Cancelled Orders
If your order has been cancelled, the money will be refunded to your original source of payment. The time periods will proceed according to the following reasons:
The refund will be made within 24 to 48 hours when the cancellation is for the following reasons:
1 - The Customer changed or cancelled the order
2 - Payment Refused
3 - Items Not Available
Returns accepted for 30 days. Flat rate return shipping of $9.00. No restocking fee. No final sale items.
Once the product has been delivered to the customer, the refund request has been approved, and the customer has shipped the item back to the address indicated in the shipping instructions.
The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 days, provided the request meets the following requirements:
1 - When the product has been delivered to the customer, the refund request has been approved, and the customer has shipped it back to the address indicated in the shipping instructions.
